Worse service ever

Worse service ever from Vumatel. They installed our fibre and in less then 6 months the fibre is no longer working. Getting hold of them is thee hardest thing activity to do and when you finally do they take time to sort out the issue. They came and told us that the wire was bitten by rats therefore we need to pay them a bribe for them to fix it. Why should we be penalized on something we have no control over? When your wires go through the roof what do you expect? Now we have to pay for that when we didn't cause the problem. I will never use their services ever again they are the worst and when they install they don't even explain any of these things to you.
