Worse service ever

I paid for this service on the 28th May and up till now no connection. We have complained on numerous occasions and all we hear blame being passed to another contracting companies. I informed them I work from home and have studies to complete and still no difference. They messaged us everyday to make payment, But after payment was made no help received, Only excuses. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I Regret not taking contract with Telkom
