Worse service by far!!!

The most after sale service I have ever experience by far. We have been connected with no internet for 2 days now with no communication or anything like that and when you try to reach out you cannot since you are offline as there is no internet and when you do buy data in order to communicate on the terrible whatsapp live chat which take forever for the "agents" reply back you are no assisted . I am not sure why they do not have a customer care line however they have sales agent online. This means they are more focused on getting new business and do not care after that!
