Worse provider is vumatel, don't go with them!

This has to be the worse service provider, they have no way of communicating with them, the network is down since 1:47 pm yesterday and since has not come back. We are paying for a service we cannot use, but if payment is delayed then the service is cut immediately but they can take our money and not provide a service, they are pathetic!
