Worse provider ever, they **** people ,VUMS and MWEB needs to be canceled

I canceled your wifi in October as it was not working my area was on a outrage you guys send me an SMS that this will be canceled 25th December 2025 then corrected it and send a new date 25 Jan 2026 why ? Your wifi is not working but I have been paying. I will be getting in touch with the NCR and ombudsman you guys will refund me my money
