Worse company and customer service ever

The worst company ever, I have app**** for the service in April 2024 , they have never came and installed the device but sent me login and password, when I contacted the agent/rep that assisted me he said that it's done from there side, when I told him that I don't have the device he said there's noth he can do because on there side it shows theres a device that's activated and all he can do is transfer me to cancel the service which I agreed, he said it will take 14 working days to get my refund but till now which is July I have not received my money, when I ask I get the same reply all the time, they such ****s. They took my money and activated another person's device which is *****.
