I just received the best possible service from Vumatel. I destroyed my Vumatel fiber while chopping off tree roots in my garden. I reported the problem to my ISP, MWEB, at 17H40 today. I received a phone call from Vumatel at 18H44 informing me that their team was outside my gate. The Vumatel team was very professional and efficient. They restored my connection by 20H10.
