Wondering if it will be 3 weeks

Wifi went out in my street and apparently a few other streets in my suburb at 2:30 yesterday. The last time this happened to me, unfortunately I was the only one in my street to be effected and the so called turn around time of 3-6 days turned into 2 weeks of phoning Vumatel everyday to find out why the guys weren’t at my house. This was a few months ago. The same thing happened yesterday and has not only effected my house but the one next door as well. I’m wondering will Vumatel keep me waiting for two weeks like last time or is it going to be 3 weeks.
