Wifi password

I app**** for the vimatel wifi 2 weeks and have already been debited for it twice ,today was the second debit.Installation was done on Monday morning at 9:30 till today I have not received my password.I have made numerous calls to them ,I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes n the call was dropped when I got through to an agent.I called Sphesihle yesterday who promised he will go to the office and sort it out however I'm still waiting now his phone doesn't even go through.this is against the consumer act as I am paying for good/services not recieved.I would recommend this company to anyone as they have not delivered on their side.
