WIFI issues, **** service
I haven't been able to use my WIFI for days. There's no connection at all and when I try to get in contact with the company I'm being told all is ok. How is everything ok when I cannot connect to my WIFI for days and the company is not even willing to assist. My debit order goes through normally even without receiving the services I signed up for.
