Wifi down

Webafrica and vuma is really 2 companies that are getting ridiculous I don't know who to blame my area has been down since 4 this afternoon and it's still currently off. And month end u want to deduct your full amounts and never mind the work days I loose due to my wifi being down. This is probably the 4th time I have been experiencing this problem. And when calling either companies no one can help me. With a response and when I call the vuma line all they can tell me if people is workung on the issue and I mustn't think of calling them later than 4. 30pm cause they have logged off and gone home and our entire area has no wifi connection
