Wifi disconnected for no good reason Vumatel Why

My ticket number is #99212 .Please assist it's been 3 days without internet.I have been having problems since the day they installed this wifi.The installer broke the box and they came to fix I used ot for a day only then boom red light not connecting.How am I supposed to trust or recommend anyone to this company???

It's not been enjoyable using vumatel I regret choosing vumatel and I will make sure people I know won't use this.Theh will suffer like what I'm going through now.Inwas told the line is faulty

Your maintenance was scheduled to come at my place at 5pm today according to the sms vumatel sent me to check the faulty wifi line but unfortunately they did not come and still my wifi is not working.What is this??

If your vumatel maintenance workers ain't going to show up to fix my wifi .Please feel free to come and dig up and remove your cables and take all that belongs to you .Vuma is useless.Why can't you just remove the faulty line and put another one.The guy who came to install broke the box why can't you just replace it if it's faulty .It's your workers who broke it upon installation.I repeat vuma is useless.You said you will come yesterday and you did not.Now I have to make sure I'm always home in case you guys come .We have so many important things to do.Vumatel is not organized at all.

If you don't act asap I'm going to change to another wifi provider and leave you guys alone .Trash service.
