WiFi disconnected

Good day,

I am extremely frustrated that my WiFi keeps getting disconnected even though payment is normally done on the 17th of each month because WiFi was activated on the 17th of March .It is unacceptable that the payment was allocated elsewhere when the correct account details were provided.

Please fix this issue urgently, allocate the payment to the correct account, and restore my WiFi connection immediately. I should not be inconvenienced for an error that was not caused by me.
