Wi-Fi is down
Customer service is very poor, there's no call centre only WhatsApp chat, which is automatic. I'm not rep**** by a person basically I'm chatting with a machine, how do they expect to resolve my problems because a machine doesn't or experience my problems. My Wi-Fi is done since yesterday 23:00 Saturday. No communication from Vumatel SADV.
