Wi-Fi

Our Wi-Fi went off after we had an issue with our electricity. After the electricity went off it had a funny burnt smell coming from it and we were unable to connect using the UPS. We were told to connect it to its normal power cable once it’s back, it still did not go back on. I’ve contacted WebAfrica again to do a follow up as we were given a reference number, they’re tell us that there’s a fault. I’m 100% sure if there was a fault we would have received a message from WebAfrica advising us of this. I want this sorted out because our wifi has been off for 3 days without resolution. It’s completely off and it’s not coming on. The reference is 238990
