Why not break things so we can ignore our customers?
So you come out to fix my neighbours internet issue, break my internet, and then refuse to come and fix it because I need to log a call with my ISP, for them to ask you to fix what you broke in the first place? You are provided with the call number that was logged over 24hrs ago... and now? NADA!! The problem is, you have the monopoly, and as a result... you can behave this way and get away with it. I hope an alternative is provided soon so that you can feel the effects of your actions. #toobigtofail?
