Why is the line installation taking so long???
I cancelled my order from one isp and opted for another one as the former’s customer service was so pathetic and poor. To my dismay, vumatel is the fine provider for both, and still I am waiting for the line to be installed into my home?? They have not gotten back to my ISP regarding the new installation and I cannot understand why it is taking so long?
