wheres my internet?

vumatel were great in their installations and even moved the external box to a more suited place on the property so that the cpe could get fitted where i wanted it.

but now i have a cpe, router and isp but no internet....... my previous isp released my circuit so that my new isp could take over but for some reason theres a hold on my circuit...........
