Where is your technical division when needed?
I have called these idiots so many times I can’t remember. They are unable to give you a technical division to talk to. The problem is water leaking from one of their junction boxes outside my property. The last clever one said my property did not exist, which gave me a sleepless night.......I mean how did he know that I have been living at a **** address, when everyone else including Uber and Uber Eats know where I live? At the press of a button? Seriously, water is precious, and these guys run a call centre that must go down as a place set up to frustrate and make fools of us. I tried to get through to head office, but they don’t seem to exist- in fact either.

23 Oct 2019, 15:26Whoever is operating this reply on the VUMATEL side is as stupid as the call center operators I have had to deal with over the past 3 weeks.
Seriously, you all work in a company with such poor service reviews, you should try and speak to your CEO (if you can contact him, I could not), and tell him that you have some of the worst service reviews on Hellopeter for a service company, and some immediate attention needs to be spent on getting that right. Contact me I can help you free, gratis and for nothing.
This is ludicrous..........Oh in case you don't know what I am writing back to you about, check out the email address you sent me.
