WHERE IS MY MONEY?!
Hi, I placed an order in November to have Fiber installed at my property. It kept processing for months and until I received an SMS on the 16th of February stating that it was cancelled.
My question is how long does a refund from VUMATEL take?
Because you cancelled on the 16th but I never received my money back. It's will be a month next week. Even Forex money doesn't take this long.

You order has now been cancelled and your refund request submitted to Vumatel.
Once they've processed your refund you should receive an email from PayFast stating that your refund has been completed.
Please advise if you require further assistance?
