When's it gonna happen?

We recieved a letter from Vumatel informining my household that Vumatel were going to be beginning placing fibre cables in Tijgerhof in January 2020 and finish February 2020 but its already the 30th of January and they havent even started and im wondering wether or not they're even going to be placing fibre cables down in our area.
