When you have no choice in picking your FNO

Well here we are again. When they tell you, network is fine, no problems from our side. I am currently sitting at my pc looking at the ping test to 8.8.8.8 over 100ms sometimes jumping up to 200. Is the network still fine, Vumatel? Vuma Reach, what a joke.
