What to do-no service

For the last year i have been thru my service provider and vumatel on a 20 mb line with no problems.3 months ago i upgraded to a 100 mb up and down, firstly i took 3 weeks and many phone calls to get it active. For the whole of last month i was stuck on a 10 mb line up and down and when i phoned vumatel they told me the problem is with my service provider,i phoned my service provider and the phoned vumatel to sort out this issue.First i got told that i have to switch everything off so it can reset witch i done even before i started phoning vuma.Of course that wasnt the problem so i got told to do a speed test on the vuma portal because any other speed test wil not be excepted. After many many speed test the problem was fixed i was told to do a speed test again, this was the 2th of July to check it and it was 100 mb up and down finally. This is wat my service provider said to fix the problem......ok so i spoke to a guy who made some changes, the line was quite bad so i didnt catch much of it much i believe he assigned a new IP to the CPE box, so he said that you just need to reboot the CPE for 5 mins, and then do another cabled test off the Vuma portal again and see if the speeds have come back, i did ask him as well to update the current ticket as well so maybe i can see if there was anything i missed.....So Sunday the 4th of July i decided to do a speed test again just to check and it back to 10 mb up and down.I phoned vuma once again and explained the whole problem of the previous month and they told me to do once again a speed test fot the whole day 3 every hour witch i did and them phoned them again. The lady from vumatel said she doesnt see any speed test conducted for the day then she put on hold and i held on so long that my airtime ran out but then all of a sudden it was back to 100 mb.She phoned me back and told me that if i have a issue again i must please go through my service provider and not directly with them.Monday morning i did a speed test again and its back on a 10 mb speed.I have notified my service provider but they are still awaiting feed back from vuma almost a week later again.Im paying R1440 for a 10 mb speed at this stage witch was supose to be for a 100 mb line.Problem still not solved, dont care attitude but pay we must pay otherwise we will disconnect you even if you not getting what you are paying for.
