What service ? Call Centers, the worst ever idea anyone could have came up with

Tried calling the call centre, spoke to 3 different people who were supposed to transfer me to the area manager, still no answer, no advise, no service. If it starts out like this, I'll be tearing my hair out of my head by the time I actually do get some answers and in the meanwhile I'm losing money because of the lack of service and no interest in giving me some answers.
