What pathetic service!!!!!

Probably the worst service I've received from a service provider in a long time.

Initially when I did my enquiry, or at least up to the point where I ordered the router, the service was ok. Queen called me everyday when I had a question via email.

But after I ordered the router and Vumatel installed their line, I never received one phone call to fix the mess there is now. The router was installed last week, and Queen told me that the router is plug and play, and I should be online once I spoke to the support team . I then called the support team on Friday and spoke to Lindile. He tried to walk me through the process but nothing was working. He then promised to call me the next day, but he never did . I instead called the Saturday and waited for minutes to speak to someone. I spoke to Alex, who promised to give the message to Lindile, but again, noone has called me yet. What pathetic service!!!! I emailed Queen but received no response from her this time, and I'm yet to receive a phone call!!!

Please come and fetch your router and everything else you installed here. I don't want to do business with a business that just cares about sales!!!!
