What is the point of Vumatel ?😣

A half star would have been better than that 1 star. Vumatel is the worst. I do not even understand why the brand still exist because you guys are failing to serve your purpose.

Because WebAfrica suggested that we cancel our service due to high risk area. Till now there was no refund even processed.No WiFi since Friday my job is on the line, no refund.
