What is the point of paying Vumatel and Web African when half the time there is no service?
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Vumatel. I recently moved homes and 2 weeks later they still haven't connected my service. They sent a technician who came and put up cables, left and didn't return. I have cables strewn all over my living room. What is the point of paying Vumatel and Web African when half the time there is no service? I will be spending Christmas without WiFi because they just can't finish a job. They send Technicians who seem clueless. I'm tired, vote with your feet and #Cancel #Vumatel

I still haven't heard from you so I am #Cancelling your service. If you debit my account on the first I will reverse. If you manage to stop snoozing on the job and do something, by the time you arrive at my house, you will find that Vox beat you to it. #Cancel #Vumatel because on the 27th I'm calling Vox, I'm pretty sure they can complete the installation in one day.
By the way, I am going to keep writing these reviews.
