Yet again the incompetence and apathy of Vumatel come to the fore. It is by no coincidence that their approval rating is so low. The consistent outages alone are a major cause for concern. However, their complete lack of accountability and empathy for the paying customers is staggering to say the least. Of course, they conveniently prevent you from contacting them directly. Preferring to let you deal with the ISP instead. Presumably a tactic to stop them from enduring a torrent of abuse from their neglected customers. What a disgusting company with no morals, ethics or integrity.
