What a pleasure

Friday night our fibre connection went out. We logged a call & were told we'd be attended to on Sunday morning. We thought, yeah, right. What's the chances of getting a technician out on Sunday Easter weekend. Well, Sunday morning 10 minutes before the appointment time, the technicians were there & our issue was resolved. The team was friendly & very helpful & even the lady who called us to say they were there was fabulous. Very impressed indeed.
