What a joke - pathetic service

My line has been down for more than a week.

Logged 2 tickets : ISP-25546 & ISP-26131

Called CellC Fibre for a week, each time been told that a technician will come out, or someone from the evening shift will attend.

Since it wasn't resolved after a week, I drove to Vumatel offices in Bryanston to find out whats going on. They didn't have any clue, and eventually contacted someone called Sergio.

Sergio promised me a technician will be in contact by 7pm today (2018/07/20), however no one has contacted me.

CellC Fibre support now refuse to call me back, even though promising they will. They probably have a good laugh everytime I call.

Vumatel should inform their customers that they cannot cope with the volume of calls, which is evident by the negative reviews here.

What a bunch of clowns.
