What a joke! Not my circus, not my clowns!

What a pathetic non-customer orientated company... They send every month a letter of demand for payment. I have rep**** to every single letter & email. They do not acknowledge or even follow up to my reply, but simply resend the letter of demand the next month. What a joke & somebody is *****ing their salary because they do no work to earn it.
