Well they installed ...

Well they installed a new fiber line and fiber box at my house yesterday but i stil cant use my internet becausw they have not activated my line yet they say pending documentation what documentation is pending and from whos side is the documnets pending my side or vumatela side or axxess side its now almost 3 days and stil cant use my internet
