Webafrica & Vumareach are useless.

Webafrica and Vumareach are not keen to reinstate my internet connection they disconnected ********ly, after my debit order went through on the 9th April they disconnected my service on the 12th. I am still without the internet service I paid for.

Last week I was disconnected for 3 days, then again same process was followed last Sunday I was disconnected up until now I am without the internet service I paid for.

I regret leaving Rain, I never had any problems.. Not even once in all the months I was with them... If you ever signup with Webafrica and Vumareach, you are doing it at your own risk... They don't care about their customers that feeds their families every month.
