WebAfrica and Vumatel has activated the wrong Wi-Fi router under my reference number. I want refund NOW.
Vumatel has done it again, they have activated someone else's router under my account, I just want my money, I don't want their services anymore, I want a refund NOW because they sent me an SMS saying they have activated my router, and the Wi-Fi name is different from mine. I have paid for someone else's Wi-Fi. Please help me get my refund, that's all. I will use MTN router. I just want my money, imagine from the 29th of March till now, still getting issues with this stupid service, WebAfrica is involved as well.

10 Apr 2025, 15:37They do not answer me ****it. They said they have escalated my issue to YOU. **** man this is ****ing annoying. I WANT MY MONEY, Y'ALL CAN KEEP YOUR SERVICES. I paid a long time ago, but they still haven't activated my Wi-Fi; instead, they activated someone else's Wi-Fi.
