Webafrica and Vuma sucks

I've been without connection from the 12th March and I called Webafrica and a ticket was logged. On the 13th received an email that it will be fixed within 0 to 48hrs. On Friday they14th they promised that a technician will come today the 17th at 12pm but nobody came. Your service sucks and I want to be reimbursed for all the time I had no service.
