Web Africa (VUMA)

I was approached by reps from Web Africa to come paint a VUMA add on my wall for a contract of a yr. Now a Yr has passed the contract has been terminated but my wall still has their adv on my wall, I tried reaching out to them several times & explained that I require payment for the month's their adv has been on my wall without any payments since the contract has come to an end.

Spoke to the manager (Jeremy Baatjes) his sending me from pillar to post & no longer communicates with me, while my wall is dirty, with their unmantained adv & advertising on my wall for free! I don't understand why such companies undermine, disrespect & think they can just come to the location & propose business to clients, promise lies bcs they think ppl from the location are illiterate & desperate!!

I have done that already chatted with Sinoxolo on the 3rd till dt nothing has been done!!
You guys are really taking advantage & disrespect ppl!!
You also not solving the problem instead you sending me back where I started with my complain.

I spoke to him as well, he said he has escalated my matter to the marketing manager to call me. To dt I hv nvr received a call from that manager & Jeremy no longer respond to my messages.

Are we really gonna hv a dialogue on this platform while you guys hv my cell number & know my address?!

This really shows how disrespectful you guys are!

Listen hear! Iam not going to beg you to pay what we agreed on & to come paint off your adv on my wall.

You guy's will stop disrespecting ppl from the location.
You'll hear from my attorneys.

Your guy's came to my house & asked to paint my wall not the other way round.
Now you wanna come talk ****!! Playing mind games & sending me from pillar to post!

I spoke to him apparently you'll attend to my issue at the end of November.
Are you guy's serious?! You must really be thinking you dealing with an illiterate desperate guy from the location.
Do guys really tk your business serious?!
Everybody is complaining about you & there's nothing you doing to better your services to your clients.
