We were recently forced to migrate over from Userverse to Vumareach in the Sophiatown area

We were recently forced to migrate over from Userverse to Vumareach in the Sophiatown area. As customers of Userverse for over 4 years we called by Vumatel on Monday where they requested Immediate payment for them to install the new router at our home on the 1st April. We proceeded and made payment and was told we would be up and running the next day. Its been 3 days and we have been calling and emailing the dedicated lines for assistance and the entire team are not sure what tgey doing, nobody can sort our connection out.
