We need to start having negative ratings

This is the worst wifi ive ever used A one star is too generous The customer service is the worst, my grandmother selling ice has better service. I dont recommend if you have an online business class or anything. Im not one to review but this ? Is the worst company ive ever been in contact with i curse the day i met it. They respond after 4 hours and they dont want to give me my refund. I want my money back because what the hell is this ?
