We moved more than a month ago and is still waiting on a change of adress for our wifi! We keep on calling and was placed on hold for 47 min just to hear that our call is important and they will be with us as soon as a consultant becomes available... then we were forwarded to 5 different sections. They took our money but can't help with the internet...
