Vumatel is Not professional that is why it's cheap. When you owe them they make sure they switch it off in time but when you are experiencing a problem they take decades to help you. We have been disconnected for two days now and when we chat with them on WhatsApp they just ignore you no updates no nothing 😡 and it's not that they will replace those days whereby we couldn't connect.
