We Africa Vumatel Fibre line

I logged a complaint on Saturday 20 January 2024 in the morning at 9:28am as my WiFi fibre line kept flickering red. They sent a technician out the Sunday morning and he said he is unable to fix that as the fibre line outside our property is faulty. He will need to log another call for someone else to come out. It's Thursday afternoon 25 January 2025 and I'm still without any WiFi!!! This is sooo frustrating and getting expensive as I work from home.
