Watch out for Vumatel techs

Please advise if the fibre installers are getting training on people skills, workmanship and customer service.

The 5 points given are the opposite of what a client is suppose to be getting for his/her hard worked money.

The day your techs attended to my house,

1. The technician didnt adhere to scheduled appointment for the 1st of June 2021 at 4pm. They came at 2pm.

Response from tech : they dont work at 4pm, they refuse to come back.

2. Tech tried to force entry to my home, yes i schedule a grown up to be there to assist as my child is alone. Luckily i have dogs.

3. The setup has not been done at requested location in the house, workmanship is 0%. The router was connected with an extension lead instead of next to the wall power socket.

4. No regard in performing instructions given by client. Forcefully did their own thing.

5. Client has no saying at all in the setup and activation. Techs came forward as disrespectful to the elder person and forced a signature after setup "incomplete".
