Warning to not sign up with vumatel, daylight *******

Internet down in our area for 3 days now. Vumatel has already deducted the full amount from customers bank accounts but doesn't see the urgency in resolving the problem or communicating. Our ISP only sent out 1 sms on Saturday and the website doesn't show any recent updates regarding the network. You clearly do not consider customer who are fully remote and depend on this service for their daily income. This is the third time since January 2025 the internet is down for days on end. Really pathetic. 😕🙄
