WARNING! Do not become a supplier for Vumatel. They do not pay.

Within the short period that I did work for Vumatel, they paid late 3 times without any apology for the inconvenience or effect to rectify the situation. Most of the times, the payments were delayed by 2 weeks, delaying my staff payments by 2 weeks. The repetition of late payment has proven that they do not care about the well being of their suppliers and their suppliers employees. They are a selfish corporation that has no respect for anyone else's businesses. These late payments have negatively affected my business as well as my employees.

Vumatel has also been in breach of our SLA on numerous occasions without paying the consequences and have tried to get out of numerous payments that are still owed to my business, according to the SLA.

During my time working with Vumatel, I heard various horror stories about other small businesses that have also not been paid. This obviously seems to be a trend and Vumatel seems to have the attitude that they are beyond their suppliers.

Their high level of disrespect and lack of communication has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth.
