Waiting on installation from Vumatel REF: ISP-***

I have moved and require installation of a fiber box in my unit. This request has been logged with WebAfrica 3 times now, and the response comes to the same result, "Vuma will respond within 24 - 72 hours. I have been waiting since the 1st of December 2023 with zero feedback.

The issue seems to be that they (VUMA and WebAfrica) think there is a box in the unit, but unfortunately the previous tenant removed it, believing he owns said box. While I do not have access to internet service, Webafrica has deemed it fair to still charge me in full for the month. Please help me make sense of the business practices.
