WAITING ON INSTALLATION FOR 2 WEEKS
Have been waiting for installation for 2 weeks and 3 days. Have reached out to their support on WhatsApp, but to no assistance. Called SADV and was put on hold for more than 40minutes as there were no agents available. The lady that did registration is ignoring our messages and calls. Bad customer service.

Installation was done yesterday, have been disconnected since this morning have contacted SADV on whatsapp but to no response. Have not been with Vuma for even a month but so far have had the worst experience with you guys, would not recommend it to anyone.
