Waiting on Fibre for a long time
I have been applying for fibre to be installed in my residence but I can seem to do this because there is a message "This location has an in-flight installation order with another ISP. You may not place an order for this address." that I keep getting when I try to place an order. I have made calls to Vumatel but I am told to speak to the ISP Service Delivery Manager to remove the address from the ONT.
I am not fami**** with all that and I am getting frustrated now because it's been a while now and nothing is happening.
The address in question is 76 Canterbury Road, Highbury Park, Kuilsriver, 7580.
