Waiting for phone call

Good Morning

Please can you assist have contacted Vumatel regards connection to my unit. That was Monday the 23rd October 2017 and was promised that someone will contact me the following day 24th October 2017.Waited for the call and no one called.

Wednesday 25th October 2017 phoned again and spoke to Gugu fibrehoods department and was promised that definitely someone would contact me in thirty minutes time and up to now no one has called again. Now I phone and speak to the voice recorder, and you told we are transferring the call, at the end the phone just cuts.

I am just making a follow up if I can be assisted by Vumatel. The outside grey box has been installed, what’s remaining is just connecting into my property, have already made contact ISP provider Rocketnet. My Physical Address is
