Waiting for fibre installation since 2020 June

I get that they busy with my area but dont inform customers that the area is live and you must order your fibre line etc when you have no intention of actually installing the fibre to one's home.You as vumatel are only intending to install in 2021.So you have Vodacom signing everyone up but they for get to mention that Vumatel is not actually ready to do the physical installation.
