Waiting for a month and still no Fiber Installation

If I could give no stars I would.

A month ago I contracted Vumatel to install fibre to my home. So far they have come out to my home twice and told me that they need to log that additional installations need to occur in order for the fibre to be installed. Yet no one has come, and when I call no one has been able to help me with this matter and I have called numerous times since the first site visit. So far, their only solution to my issue is that I contract my own electrician for the additional installations that are needed for my fibre to be installed after I already paid them.

The level of service I have received in the last month since contacting Vumatel has been deplorable and severely disappointing. If this is the quality of service everyone is receiving it is no wonder that most of their reviews here are only 1 star.
